Frequently Asked Questions

What is a giclée print?
A giclée print is produced using a professional wide format inkjet printer. The inks and the paper used are specially made for fine art printing.

Why are you using a cotton paper for your giclée prints?
Cotton fibers are better and more résistant than wood fibers. A cotton paper will produce better results and will not degrade as quickly as regular paper.

What do you mean by "lightfast rating" for your giclées?
Over the years, light and polluants slowly degrade the pigments of any print. Test results show that our paper/ink combination will resist fading for more than 108 years (framed under glass).
